The Spokane County Firefighters Pipes and Drums (SCFFPD) is a non-profit organization composed of musicians from the law enforcement, fire service, and military communities,  both active-duty and retired. SCFFPD is dedicated to Scottish bagpipe and drum music that honors, represents, and preserves Scottish heritage. The mission of SCFFPD is to “Honor the Fallen” and honor those who have paid the supreme sacrifice through their selfless service to others. Through music, deportment, and esprit de corps, the SCFFPD performs for funerals, graduations, ceremonies, parades, and other public safety (police, fire, & Military) and non-public safety-related events. Such presentations continue to foster goodwill and tradition among the law enforcement, fire service, and military communities as well as within our local and surrounding communities.

The Spokane County Firefighters Pipes and Drums (SCFFPD) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to playing Highland Bagpipe and Drum music for the purpose of honoring the fallen of the law enforcement, fire service, and military communities. SCFFPD is not funded through any agency or affiliated service or profession. SCFFPD relies solely on public and private donations and contributions from band members. Maintaining a performing band, such as the SCFFPD, is a tremendous financial undertaking. Any donations are greatly appreciated and used directly to support the band’s day-to-day financial needs.
