Many of us know and love Frank Schoenfeld. Frank devoted more than 35 years of his life to serving others through a long and honorable career in law enforcement.
He began his career with Oregon City Police Department before joining the Clackamas County sheriffs office where he served for 10 years in patrol, SWAT, narcotics investigations and as a federal task force agent. He spent eight years on SWAT and served as Head Firearms Instructor. He later joined the Canby Police Department serving as, Detective Sergeant, Investigation Supervisor, and Task Force Supervisor for the South Metro gang task force, while also co-coordinating the Clackamas County Major Crimes Team. He later continued his service with the Molalla Police Department, becoming Chief of Police in 2019 and leading the department until his retirement in 2021.
This past Saturday, Frank was involved in a serious motorcycle accident and is currently in the ICU undergoing multiple surgeries. As he fights through this difficult time, his family and friends are by his side, offering love and support.
We are coming together to support Frank and his family with medical expenses and the many challenges that come with recovery. Any donations, prayers, or shares are deeply appreciated as we stand with this incredible man and his family during this difficult journey.
