JEA PEA

Welcome to the JEA PEA! Our mission is to represent the PEA employees at JEA and ensure PEA employees are being treated fairly by JEA. We negotiate Collective Bargaining Agreements between JEA and PEA employees, represent and support PEA employees when going through Fact Findings or Grievances, and ensure the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement are followed. Your dues allow us to have the tools to accomplish these tasks, and have the resources and tools to support PEA employees in their time of need.
