The EWMC Executive Committee is pleased to announce the 35th National Leadership Conference from January 16-19, 2025 at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch in St. Louis, Missouri. The conference theme is EWMC: Evolving to Embrace Tomorrow. We will meet to address pressing challenges, explore new opportunities for growth, best practices, and strategies to expand EWMC’s vision and goals.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Early Bird Pricing: Be sure to take advantage of this year’s Early Bird Pricing Offer of $375.00 by registering prior to October 15, 2024. As always, your Registration includes your EWMC 2025 Membership Dues of $75.00. Article IV, Section 4, requires payment of the current year’s membership dues before admission to the meeting. Standard Pricing: Registration will increase to $425.00 for anyone registering between October 16, 2024 and January 16, 2025. As always, your Registration includes your EWMC 2025 Membership Dues of $75.00. Article IV, Section 4, requires payment of the current year’s membership dues before admission to the meeting. HOTEL REGISTRATION

Reservations for the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch should be made early to ensure availability. The EWMC Discounted Group Rate for a standard room is $129.00 per night (plus applicable taxes and fees). Upgrades are available at an additional cost.

Hotel Registrations must be made using the Hotel Registration Form provided by the hotel. You can access the Hotel Registration Form here.

Online booking is the best way to guarantee you will receive the discounted group rate; however, room reservations can also be made by calling the hotel directly at 314-655-1234. Be sure to let them know that you will be attending the conference and use our Group Code, G-EWMC at the time of booking.
 
The hotel’s cancellations policy states that cancellations must be made at least 2 days prior to arrival, or a Cancellation Fee of one night’s room and tax will be charged to your credit card on file. The hotel registration cut-off date is Friday, November 29, 2024 (5:00 pm Central Time).
