Michigan Police Officers put their lives on the line every day to protect and serve the families and communities in which they live. Attacks on law enforcement officers have risen exponentially year after year. According to the Officer Down Memorial Page (ODMP), there were 2,757 U.S. police officer line-of-duty deaths over the past 11 years. 

Please consider supporting officers and the community in which they serve at this year’s Fraternal Order of Police Benefit Gala. Investing in the mission of the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) Lodge #128 Benevolent Association Charities help create a positive image of law enforcement with families, children, and individuals as we serve our local community. 

The “FOP Benefit Gala” is the premier fundraising event to benefit the FOP Lodge #128 Charities. Since 1997, the Stanley Clark Southwestern Oakland County Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 128 has generously donated more than $197,000.00 to our initiatives. The proceeds from this annual evening event helps support programs like the Special Olympics of Michigan, Shop with a Cop, Back to School Backpack Drive, Mission 22, SEAL Future Foundation, Military Families United, Michigan War Dog Memorial, Hospitality House of Walled Lake, Sergeant Patrick O’Rourke Memorial Scholarship Fund, the Blue Line K9 Project and other various community programs. 

This event will take place on Saturday, March 11, 2023, from 6pm-11pm at the Suburban Collection Legacy Ballroom in Novi, Michigan.  This will be a formal night to celebrate our local Heroes, so please wear formal attire. We are expecting 300+ guest who will enjoy dinner, drinks, dessert, entertainment by the Killer Flamingos Band, special guest appearance by Detroit Area TV Personality Roop Raj and a presentation of the FOP Hometown Hero Award. 

This event will be a premier opportunity to support the FOP Lodge #128 Benevolent Association Charities’ mission.
