Description: Length in inches: 3.5 Width in inches: 5.5 Height in inches: 4.25 Weight in pounds/ounces: 1 lb 3 oz Reflections: This is a sturdy mug.  Pretty blue glaze partially obscures the carved figures, but that’s alright since they kind of looked like spiders anyway.   I didn’t intend that they would, I was just carving curved lines to see the effect they would have on the glaze movement and they ended up looking spider-ish, though I’ve also been told they could be scarabs or trilobytes.  Pottery, or art in general, is great at allowing YOU to figure out what you’re seeing.  😊
