Dimensions: Length in inches: 8.5 Width in inches: 8.5 Height in inches: 2.5 Weight in pounds:  1 lb 14 oz Reflections: This bowl was an early lesson in listening to my inner monologue, especially when uncertain about the direction a piece should take. (This was one of my first sgraffito pieces.)  I was thinking about how important nature and the elements are in my mental and spiritual health, and how neglecting to touch them creates barriers that are often preventable.  They help me remember to focus not just on the destination, but to appreciate the journey. As soon as I got out of my head and into my heart, the work happened without me even thinking about it.
