Tom Erickson serves as the President and Principal Officer of Local 120* in Minnesota and the Trustee of Joint Council 32*. Local 120 represents more than 12,000 members in Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota in a wide range of industries including freight, airline, food service, warehousing, and public sector. He joins the OZ 2021 campaign as a candidate for Vice President for the Central Region.

Erickson joined the Teamsters in 1983 as a warehouse worker at SuperValu in Minnesota. He has since served as a committee member, steward, lead steward, trustee, and business agent. He was elected President and Principal Officer of Local 120 in 2014. Erickson was appointed Central Region Warehouse Director for the IBT* in 2017.
