Juan Campos serves as Secretary-Treasurer and principal officer of Local 705 in Chicago, representing over 17,000 members including workers at UPS, Freight, and Cartage. Campos joins the O’Brien-Zuckerman 2021 Slate as a candidate for IBT Vice President At-Large.

Campos joined the Teamsters as a UPS Unloader in 1989, becoming a steward in 1999. Campos was first elected to union leadership in 2004 as the recording Secretary of Teamsters Local 705.

Campos is a graduate of DePaul University’s Labor Education program, attended The University of Illinois, The University of Wisconsin, National Labor College, and The Teamster Leadership Academy. He currently serves on DePaul University’s Labor Education Advisory Committee.
