Joan Corey is a Teamsters Local 25 Business Agent who organized herself and her coworkers into the union in 2009.  At the time Joan was the City of Woburn’s Assistant Assessor. 

She served as Trustee of Local 25 from 2012 through 2014 until she was elected as a Local 25 business agent. Joan has negotiated contracts in both the public and private sector. She has served members in health care, public safety, public schools, warehouses, and public works.  She serves on the national negotiating committees for Air Canada, ACTS Aviation, and Gate Gourmet.

Additionally, Joan serves as the chair of the Local 25 Women’s Committee, and as a board member of the Local 25 Autism Committee.
