Payment Instructions

1. Choose appropriate payment box & click "Pay Dues"  
2. MISC DUES AMOUNT:  Enter the Union dues amount on the invoice (I.E., late fees, dues shortages, etc)
3. Enter Membership ID 
4. Enter name, email, phone & cc info
5. Click "Pay Dues" 

An email confirmation will be sent to the email provided on payment screen.
