Payment Instructions

1. Arbitration Panel Case Amount:  Enter the amount on the invoice (I.E., late fees, arbitration fees, etc)
2. Enter name, email, phone & cc info
3. Click "Make Payment" 

An email confirmation will be sent to the email provided on payment screen.
