Established June 10, 2011, the PAFOP Foundation is a Non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
All donations go towards the serving the the Foundation’s primary purpose to:

- Assist the families of local lodges when law enforcement members are killed in the line of duty.
- Assist injured, disabled, sick or distressed law enforcement members.
- Assist retired and elderly law enforcement members.
- Create and/or maintain a State Memorial for officers killed in the line of duty.
