The Puget Sound Firefighters Foundation and Puget Sound Fire are launching our first annual back-to-school supply drive through the month of August. Our mission is to provide school supplies to students and teachers to have much needed essentials on hand as the school year kicks off. As many of you reading this know, the cost of school supplies has increased over the years causing a high financial burden for many. This year’s efforts are being geared towards the 38 elementary schools in our service area to include the Covington, Highline, Kent, Tahoma and Tukwila School Districts. 

Starting the week of August 4, we will be accepting school supply donations at all Puget Sound Fire Stations. Monetary donations are also being accepted through the Puget Sound Firefighters Foundation.

Monetary donations can be made through this site.  Puget Sound Firefighters have kicked off this campaign with a $2,500 contribution of our own (not reflected in the fundraising page).
