Annual Retirees Dues Payment includes: Members who have retired from this Local or have otherwise withdrawn as members in good standing, may be allowed to return to this Local within ten (10) years as Active-Retired members.  Active-Retired members have a voice and vote in the Local, however shall be excluded from bargaining unit votes such as Collective Bargaining Agreements, Letters of Understanding, Standard Operating Guidelines or other similar agreements.
