The Wilmington Firefighters Association Local 1590 is a 501(c)(5) Non-Profit organization that fights for the rights of firefighters in the City of Wilmington and is dedicated to the betterment of our community. Not only does that involve defending labor rights, engaging in concrete legislative action, and providing a voice for the firefighters, but it also includes helping our community. Some of our community events include fundraising for the American Cancer Society, Aid to the families of fallen firefighters and first responders, Christmas Toy Drive for Nemours AI DuPont Hospital for Children, Coat Drive, Canned Food Drives, Blood Drives, and assisting with our local organizations. 

We are excited to announce our 3rd Annual Golf Tournament.

When: Wednesday May 15, 2024
Where: Deerfield Golf Club (Newark, DE)
Check-In & Lunch: 10:30 am
Shotgun Start: 12:00 pm
Dinner: To follow after- Chicken parmesan with linguini marinara, marinated flank steak carving station, salmon confetti with pickled julienne vegetable salsa, mashed potatoes, Caesar salad, fresh rolls, and cheesecake martini bar. 

Your involvement will guarantee success because all proceeds will go directly to support the mission and programs of Local 1590. This is a perfect opportunity to not only show your support for essential workers but also for a nonprofit that is committed to the betterment of people’s lives.  

       
To make this event possible, we are seeking sponsors and participants. Due to our geographic location, our event will have representation from at least four different states (DE, PA, NJ, MD), providing a vast visual reach for sponsors.  If you are interested in becoming a sponsor or participating, please review the attached documents for more information.  From there you can use the QR codes to go directly to the associated website pages to select your sponsor level and/or register!  Once confirmation of the sponsorship is received, we will contact you for further information in regard to your sponsorship.
