HFFA BUILDING RENTAL

Rental Fee is $450.00. The cleaning deposit in the amount of $100.00 is fully refundable when a representative of HFFA has deemed the building is in an acceptable state. The facility must be cleaned by no later than 8 A.M, on the following day or cleaning deposit will be forfeited. The cleaning deposit is DUE no later than 30 days prior to rental date.
Rental Fee $450.00 is DUE prior to receiving access to building.
For consecutive day building rental the Fee is $200.00 additional $650.00 total for 2 days.
Agreement can be canceled at no cost if notified 14 days prior to rental date, anytime past the 14 day period the $100 Deposit will be forfeited.
