FOP Camp Facility Rentals

The FOP Camp is available to rent for private events, gatherings, and community functions in a peaceful outdoor setting. The camp building has a maximum occupancy of 88 people and will be available to renters beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the day of the event. All events must conclude, and the building must be fully cleared, by 10:00 p.m. unless prior arrangements have been approved.

Renters are responsible for their guests' conduct and for following all camp rules, local laws, and state regulations. Alcohol is permitted at the camp; however, renters are responsible for complying with all Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission requirements. Glass bottles are not permitted anywhere on the property.

The facility must be left in a clean condition. All trash must be removed and placed in the on-site dumpster designated for event trash only. Lights must be turned off upon departure, doors locked, and the thermostat returned to 65 degrees in winter months or 73 degrees in summer months if adjusted during the event. The key must be left in the wooden box on the counter at the conclusion of the rental.

Decorations are allowed but must not cause damage to the building. Nails, tacks, hooks, or adhesives that leave residue are not permitted. Removable mounting products may be used. Candles are allowed, but renters are responsible for any cleanup or damage caused by candle wax. Confetti of any kind is strictly prohibited.

Outdoor use of the property is permitted with guidelines. Recreational fires must be contained in the designated fire pit, grills or fryers that may leak onto the patio are not allowed, and portable fire pits or heaters may be used only if they do not damage the concrete. Tables and chairs inside the building may not be taken outdoors. Vehicles must remain off the grass at all times.

Fishing is permitted for non-members on a catch-and-release basis only. Members may keep fish in accordance with camp rules.

Rental fees include a facility rental fee which covers the cost of the property.  A separate cleaning fee ($60) is due on the day of the event. Renters are financially responsible for any damage to the property caused by themselves or their guests. A signed rental agreement is required, and the signed copy will remain on file at the FOP Club.  Rentals are only permitted to members of the Fraternal Order of Police.  Please enter the FOP member's number on this form when you submit it.
