You can check the lodge calendar before contacting the lodge office. The events highlighted in green mean the lodge is not available. The events highlighted in blue mean the lodge has an event in the morning and is available after 11am.
Once you have confirmed on the calendar that the date is available you must contact the lodge.

Hall rental Information

Hours of operation - The lodge is available for rent from 7am to 12:00 am.
All Rentals - There is a $200.00 cleaning deposit that is required for the date to be held for the event. This is refunded if the lodge is left clean, and the return of deposit form is submitted to the lodge. The deposit is in addition to the lodge rental fee.
Pricing
private individuals - $200.00 an hour with a four-hour minimum.
Set up and clean up time are not charged, and we will allow an hour before and an hour after for them to occur.
Renters must obtain one day event insurance that protects the renter and FOP Lodge 70. This type of coverage is available through most insurance agents and there are some online companies. The amount of coverage is outlined in the lodge agreement.
Use of the ice machine and refrigerator are included in the rental price but there is an

Extra charge for the A/V package of $75.00 We have a large Bluetooth speaker and smart tv that can be used.
If alcoholic beverages will be served at the event you must obtain a one-day liquor license. You will receive the link for this license from the office manager. You are then responsible to acquire the license from the liquor board. You must file for the liquor license at least 10 days in advance with no exceptions. If alcoholic beverages will be present at your event, please select yes on the form so that you can acquire a one-day liquor license.
The lodge's maximum capacity is 100 people with tables set up. We have 10 round tables and 10 rectangular tables.
The lodge is set up with 10 round tables and six chairs on top of each table. More chairs can be added, and the rectangular tables can be used. To do this you must take the round tables down and set up the rectangular tables and switch them back after the event.
DO NOT PLACE A DEPOSIT TO RESERVE THE LODGE UNTIL YOU CONFIRM THAT THE DATE AND TIME IS AVAILABLE WITH THE LODGE OFFICE
