The hall rental price is based on the following payment levels.
All Rentals - There is also a $125.00 deposit that is required for the date to be held for the event. This is refunded if the lodge is left clean, and the return of deposit form is submitted to the lodge.
private individuals - $125.00 an hour with a four-hour minimum.
Set up and clean up time is not charged, and we will allow an hour before and an hour after for them to occur.
Use of the ice machine and refrigerators are included in the rental price but there is an
Extra charges for the Use of the kitchen (for cooking) of $100.00
Extra charge for the A/V package of $75.00 this includes a projector and large pull-down screen, with surround sound. We also have a large Bluetooth speaker and smart tv that can be used.
If alcoholic beverages will be served at the event you must get a one-day liquor license. You will receive the signed application for this license from the office manager. You are then responsible to acquire the license from the liquor board. If alcoholic beverages will be present at your event, please select yes on the form so that you can acquire a one-day liquor license.
The lodge's maximum capacity is 100 people with tables set up. We have 10 round tables and 10 rectangular tables.
The lodge is set up with 10 round tables and six chairs on top of each table. More chairs can be added, and the rectangular tables can be used. To do this you must take the round tables down and set up the rectangular tables and switch them back after the event.
