New Member Application

I hereby apply for membership in the Fraternal Order of Police, Pinellas Lodge No. 43, Inc. By submitting this application, I agree to pay dues at the rate established by the Lodge Constitution and By-Laws for members. I also certify that the information provided below is accurate and complete, and I will notify the Lodge of any changes.
Membership Dues
Active membership dues are:
  • $30 per month
  • $35 per month if you elect to include our Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) policy
Payment Options
Payroll deduction is available for employees of the following agencies:
  • Pinellas Park Police Department
  • Pinellas County Corrections
  • Pinellas County Schools
  • Indian Shores Police Department
All other members must provide a debit or credit card or set up ACH withdrawals.

Right-to-Work Notice
The State of Florida is a right-to-work state. Union membership or non-membership is not a condition of employment. Joining and paying dues to a labor union is strictly voluntary. Employees have the right to either join and financially support a union or to refrain from doing so. No employee may be discriminated against for their choice regarding union membership.
 
**Optional $50,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment Policy (AD&D)is available for $5.00 per month and added to your dues.
