The Mount Laurel Police K-9 Unit is beginning its 2023 Fundraising campaign and is in need of your support!
The Mount Laurel Police K-9 Unit operates entirely on donations. Without the financial support from the community our K-9 unit would not exist. The continued success of our program relies solely on the generous support from residents and the communities we serve.
The Mount Laurel Police K-9 Unit proudly fields two police K-9 teams that enhance the police department’s ability to find missing people, apprehend criminals and root out unlawful narcotic activity. The K-9 teams contribute daily to the increased safety of everyone who lives or works in Mount Laurel Township as well as to the safety our officers.
Our K-9 teams are some of the most highly trained teams in the region. They are not only certified to the high standards set by the New Jersey Attorney General K-9 training guidelines but they are also certified in scent detection and tracking by the prestigious United States Police Canine Association (USPCA.)
