I, the undersigned, a full time, regularly employed or retired law enforcement office in good standing, do hereby make application for an Active Membership in the Central Valley Lodge No.16

If my membership should be revoked or discontinued for any cause other than retirement while in good standing, I do hereby agree to return to said Lodge my membership card and any other material bearing the F.O.P. insignia (i.e. automobile emblem, lapel pin, etc.) 

 I, in the presence of the Creator of the Universe and the members of the Fraternal Order of Police here assembled, do most solemnly and sincerely promise and swear, that I will to the best of my ability comply with all the laws and rules of this Order; that I will recognize the authority of my legally elected officers and obey all orders there from not in conflict with my religious or political views, or my rights as an American citizen; that I will not cheat, wrong, or defraud this Order, or any member thereof , or permit the same to be done if in my power to prevent it; that I will at all times aid and assist a worthy Brother or Sister in sickness or distress, so far as it lies in my power to do so; that I will not divulge any of the secrets of this Order to any one not entitled to receive them. To all of which I most solemnly and sincerely promise and swear. Should I violate this, my solemn oath or obligation, I hereby consent to be expelled from the Order.

EXPLANATION OF FEES:
Lodge 16 collects dues and other fees for six months, every six months, from existing members.  These fees are due on or before April 1 and October 1.   

Lodge 16 does not require retired members to pay for monthly local lodge dues.  We do have to collect State and National dues which Lodge 16 must submit for you to become a member of the FOP.  The fees we collect are only pro-rated on a six month period which is how we are required to submit them.  As you will see on the payment page, if you join anytime between October through March then the full annual amount of $36 is collected which will make you whole until the next upcoming October.  If you are joining anytime between April and September, the partial amount of $19 is collected which will make you whole until the upcoming October at which time one full year of dues ($36) is collected.

Therefore, the amounts reflected below represents the amount Lodge 16 must pay the State and Natioinal FOP for your membership. 

The payment on this site DOES NOT get you enrolled in the concealed carry legal defense plan.  You must go to the website mentioned above to enroll.
