The Details

I understand that when I do not work for a language company that deducts dues from my paycheck monthly, union dues are a flat amount each month set by the Washington Federation of State Employees (WFSE), currently sixteen dollars ($16) per month. 

By providing my bank/credit union information below, I hereby authorize WFSE/AFSCME Council 28 to initiate credit and debit entries from my bank account in the bank or credit union named below for the flat monthly dues amount for any month that dues are not received by the union from my employer. 

This authorization remains in effect until written notice of termination is given to WFSE/AFSCME Council 28 by mail.
