ACT eDues


eDues is the new way for union members to automatically pay dues.
Please all members must make the switch to eDues to maintain their membership and protect their union contract.




As our eDues product matures and is improved, we are working towards restoring our dues process and allotments to align with how they previously worked with payroll deductions. This will re-establish ACTs Constitutionally directed dues processes and keep members in good standing. To do so, we have added a custom box that will enable you to input exact dues rates based on the percentage listed in the ACT Constitution (one-tenth of one percent ((.01)). If you were a member before payroll dues deductions ceased, you can see this amount as listed on your last Leave and earnings statement (LES/ pay stub).  The custom box, however, will not yet allow for reoccurring payments; the current software was not built that way.  That means you will have to revisit this website and pay every two weeks with the intervals of your pay weeks. 

The Following steps for using the Bi-weekly Custom Box for each category:

Category of Valued members is:
1.  DOD Dual Status Civilian Technicians employees (Title 32)
2. DOD non-appropriated fund employees (NAF).
3. DOD Civilian Technician employees (Title 5) Nondual status

Instructions:

1.  Select from the Custom Box, (Select one drop down box from below)
NOTE: auto reoccurring option is not available with selecting custom box 
2. Enter your current DUEs rate from your last LES/ pay stub, located under deductions block, left side ORG/Union line. In accordance with ACT Constitution dues rate.
3. This amount is the Bi-weekly amount you are accustomed to.
3.A   Gross wages example:

         3200.00 gross a month
      x      .01
      =     32.00 a month due's 
              which means bi-weekly payment of 16.00

 
4. Then fill in your information in all the required fields especially your Chapter name please
5. Review summary and click on PAY DUES button
6. System will generate your receipt and email that to your uploaded email information
7. Please set a reminder on your calendar for next due date.
8. Payment process complete Thank you.
