I understand that when I do not work for a language company that deducts dues from my paycheck monthly, union dues are a flat amount each month set by the WFSE/AFSCME Council 28, currently sixteen dollars ($16) per month. When I provide my bank/credit union information, I hereby authorize WFSE to initiate credit and debit entries from my bank account in the bank or credit union provided for the flat monthly dues amount for any month that dues are not received by the union from my employer.
