I hereby request membership in Choreographers Guild.
When eligibility is confirmed and accepted, I agree to be bound by the
Bylaws of Choreographers Guild, the amendments thereto, and any policies and regulations now in effect or subsequently enacted by the Executive Board.
Once I am accepted as a member, I authorize Choreographers Guild to charge annual dues based on my self-estimated annual income from choreography based on the previous calendar year:
- $200 annual dues (previous year choreography income of $0 to $49,999)
- $350 annual dues (previous year choreography income of $50,000 to $99,999)
- $500 annual dues (previous year choreography income of $100,000 and up)
MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for membership in Choreographers Guild, you must have at least one choreography credit (including Assistant Choreographer, Associate Choreographer, Movement Coach, or related title) in a project covered by SAG-AFTRA, Actors Equity Association, AGMA, AGVA, or SDC, or submit a body of professional work for approval by the Executive Board or its designee.
